Meet Susan Mercuri, Install Coordinator

Susan Mercuri is the Install Coordinator at Barineau Heating and Air Conditioning, and has been an invaluable part of our team for the past six years.

Susan lives in Quincy, where she was born and raised. Before she joined the Barineau team, she worked for 14 years in the insurance industry. When she decided she was ready to switch careers, she heard about an opening at Barineau and the rest was history.

As Install Coordinator, Susan’s two main responsibilities are making sure Barineau is registered in each county and pulling all of the necessary permits to work there. Her favorite part of her job is working with the different counties, and the relationships she’s built with each one. “Each county is so different, and requires different things,” she said.

Susan describes herself as a football fanatic. She’s a big Florida State Seminoles fan, and while she enjoys following all FSU athletics, football is her favorite. Go Noles!

In her spare time, Susan enjoys spending time with family and friends and going fishing with her husband.

According to Susan, the best part of working at Barineau is the real sense of family shared by everyone who works there. “Everyone is important, everyone matters,” she said. “Patrick Barineau truly cares about you personally, not just as an employee. This is a really great place to work.”
