Larry Barineau | FOUNDER
Larry Barineau has been working in the heating and air conditioning industry for over 45 years. He is the founder of Barineau Heating and Air Conditioning. One of the most important lessons Larry has learned through his experiences in the industry, is the value of the customer. Larry prides himself on maintaining excellent customer service. And therefore, hires employees who focus on the customer and what their needs are. This is why each time Barineau gets a new customer, they receive a thank-you letter from the team.
Barineau Heating and Air Conditioning is one of Larry’s greatest accomplishments. He attributes his success to the support of his wife, Trish, and the dedication and hard-work of his sons. Larry likes to spend his weekends fishing and hanging out with his grandchildren. Every year, Larry looks forward to the excitement of the busy summer season.
Patrick Barineau | PRESIDENT
Patrick Barineau has been working in the heating and air conditioning industry for more than 20 years. Through his experience working in sales for the business, he has been able to meet a lot of great people—customers and friends. Patrick always puts the customer first, and he likes to welcome them into the family by showcasing the customer-focused nature of Barineau.
Patrick loves the team environment at Barineau. He feels that the team works very well together to achieve their goals. When Patrick isn’t at work you can find him playing the drums. Patrick uses music as a way to de-stress after a hard day’s work. Patrick also enjoys spending time with his family and playing sports. His favorite time of year is the fall mainly because of football, but the holidays are nice too.

Meet Barry

Unleashing Coolness
At 5’8” tall, Barry J. Cool is known for his size 38 husky white washed jeans, always holding the door for a stranger, and his endless capacity to enjoy measuring air flow across heat exchangers. While he may not look especially gifted to the average onlooker, in fact his first word was ‘chill-wee.’
He grew up playing with leaky ducts rather than rubber ducks and building houses out of vent piping instead of Lego bricks. Though some of his peers found him awkward, by age 12 he was the state record holder in residential air filter changing contest at the state fair. A record that still hasn’t been beat some 25 years later.
Barry Knows Cool
Barry loves a clean truck, teaching his children the importance of dehumidified air, and sitting on the back porch listening to the crickets chirp at night. But most importantly, he enjoys continuing the legacy that his family has built of bringing the region unparalleled heating and air conditioning service, as has been the Barineau family tradition for the past 40 years.
