Meet Annie Tillman, Office Manager

Annie Tillman has been part of the Barineau team for nearly two decades and serves as the all-important office manager – making sure that every person on staff knows exactly what they are supposed to be doing. She also handles all the bookkeeping and overall office management responsibilities. 

Raised in Valley Station, Ky., Annie moved to Tallahassee in 1988, when she was transferred while working with Jerry’s Restaurant. She started working with the Barineau family in 1999, after a mutual acquaintance recommended that owner Larry Barineau hire her as a bookkeeper.

Annie says her favorite part about working at Barineau Heating and Air is that she has the freedom to express her Christian faith and pray with customers in their times of need. She says that out of all of her jobs, working at Barineau has been the best.

“Mr. (Larry) Barineau is the best man I’ve ever worked for, and this is the best company I’ve ever worked for,” Annie said.

Married for 30 years, Annie and her husband have two children and three beautiful grandchildren. She served as a children’s pastor at LifePoint Church for 20 years and actively participates in Tres Dias, a non-profit ministry that works to help Christians strengthen their faith and relationship with God.

In her free time, Annie enjoys spending time with her friends and family, and watching FSU football.
